Michigan State University
I am an Assistant Professor at Michigan State University. I lead a research group working on developing computational methods for turning big data into actionable insights for biomedical good. I obtained my PhD in Computational Biology from Virginia Tech and spent a few years at Princeton University for my postdoctoral research before joining MSU. In addition to developing cutting-edge computational methods, I am also passionately involved in the education and communication of the conceptual toolkit and practical skills needed for computational data-driven enquiry.
